Tokyo Private Tours provides privately guided adult tour experiences in Tokyo, Japan, for guests aged 18 and over. All experiences are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Services are operated by Kyo.ai Corporation, registered in Japan.
The $200 itinerary creation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Payment of this fee confirms your booking request and secures your guide's planning time. It does not constitute a guarantee of a specific itinerary or the availability of any particular venue or service.
The experience fee covers all food, beverages, transportation, entry fees, and services included in your confirmed itinerary. The minimum experience fee is $1,500 USD; the final amount is confirmed in writing during the itinerary creation process. The experience fee is paid directly to your guide and is subject to the cancellation policy below.
The itinerary creation fee ($200) is non-refundable. Experience fees paid in advance are refundable if cancellation is received in writing more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit 50% of the experience fee. No-shows forfeit the full experience fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; in such cases a full refund of the experience fee or an alternative date will be offered.
All guests must be aged 18 or over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the start of the experience. Services are available exclusively to foreign nationals visiting Japan on a short-term tourist or business visa. Residency holders, work-visa holders, and Japanese nationals are not eligible. Additional case-by-case exclusions may apply based on venue and partner policies communicated during itinerary creation.
Guests who appear intoxicated prior to the start of the experience will be turned away without refund. Guests in possession of weapons or illegal substances will be turned away without refund and may be reported to authorities. Unruly, aggressive, threatening, or illegal behaviour at any point during the experience will result in immediate termination of service without refund. All guests are expected to treat guides, venue staff, and other persons with respect throughout.
Tours operate in public and private venues in Tokyo. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to actions of third parties, venue decisions, transport delays, or weather. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own conduct and any consequences thereof.
We operate with absolute discretion regarding the details of your experience. We will not disclose your participation or itinerary to any third party except where required by Japanese law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
